  • Do I have to be present during cleaning?

    No, you don't have to be present during cleaning. You give us a key, door code, garage code, or hide a key. We have a cross-reference numbering system to keep your keys safe. All keys are stored in a secured box. On the day of your cleaning, your crew will check out the key and return it at the end of the day.

  • What if something is damaged during a cleaning?

    Crum Cleaning respects you and your property. If something does unexpectedly break, we will work with you to fix or replace the item. We are insured, so claims will be filed when appropriate. The Crew or a Supervisor will contact you before we leave your home. On the rare occasion you notice something broken or damaged, please get in touch with Crum Cleaning management as soon as possible.

  • What time does Crum Cleaning arrive?

    You can request a morning or afternoon clean. We can't guarantee an exact time. Why? Because unknown circumstances happen, for example, Traffic delays, lockouts, the cleaning job before yours requires more time, or some other unforeseeable incident.

  • What if Crum Cleaning's Guarantee?

    Crum Cleaning prides itself on meeting your expectations and providing you with exceptional service. If you are not happy with any part of your service for any reason, please let us know right away. We offer a 24-hour guarantee to ensure our customers are pleased. To take advantage of this guarantee, call within 24 hours of completing your clean, and we will return to correct and address your concerns. Please be aware that we can only offer our customer's the reasonable rates we do because we have not "built in" any extra costs into our prices. We are offering you the best price we can, and continuing to do so, we cannot provide refunds or credits for services already provided. Instead, we offer our 24 Hour Guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you so much for being so understanding.

  • Am I liable for workers' compensation, employment taxes, or insurance?

    No, you are not. Crum Cleaning takes care of all personal liability concerning employee injuries and employment taxes. We are insured and bonded for your protection and ours.

  • Do I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

    Crum Cleaning has all the necessary supplies and equipment to clean your home/business. We are flexible; if you have a preferred product you want us to use, if you provide it, we will use it. We will be sure to ask these questions when giving your estimate.

  • What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning?

    Crum Cleaning is flexible, just give us 24-hour notice, and we will work with you to find a better time to reschedule your cleaning. Cancelations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 35 dollar cancellation fee.

  • What if my cleaning is scheduled on holiday?

    Crum cleaning will contact you before the holiday to schedule your cleaning for a more suitable time. Suppose you are an entertaining quest or throwing a holiday party. In that case, you may need us earlier to make your home shine for a holiday.

  • How much does it cost to have my home cleaned?
